Big Cartel App Reviews

So I have a store with you guys, and I would love to be able to add notes to an order. For example: Someone orders a shirt for me, but forgets to order the right size and wants another size instead. It would be great to go to their order on the app and be able to pin a note to their order to remind myself they need a different size when I go to package the order. Much easier than saving emails!

This app needs a lot of work. One can not access all the settings in the store. I will stick to the mobile and desktop version. Uninstalled.

The new design is so nice and easy to use. I love that this app is now optimized for my ipad too!

Just shows a black screen when I open the app.

Dunno how it works on other cellphone, but its not working on my iphone5. I can type from 1 to 9 but from 10 its impossible, theres a bug, making this app useless. Thats a pity, itd have been a good app to use with the online platform... Waiting for an update

We need shipping address etc and contact info, this function will be great. Today this app cant be used for my business. I hope itll come soon !

It was working really really well and I really liked this app but then I did the update and now nothing will load. Disappointed. Hope it gets fixed.

Cant access my orders on the app. Please fix.

Seems like every time you guys make an update, something else goes horribly wrong. Now the app wont even open.

Nice design but you cannot customise the currency from the app

Got this because Im a seller on big cartel.. It serves no purpose for sellers ONLINE. Its for "in person" sales which is pointless because I dont need an app to sell a product in person. Its about as productive as an app that lets you pretended you drink beer. PLEASE MAKE A BETTER APP THAT LETS ME HANDLE MY ONLINE ORDERS BETTER..F U C K!

This app is perfect for live orders and pulls products from stock on your Big Cartel site. It handles discounts, taxes, and payments. However, it does not tell you what the current stock is.

This is perfect for my small business! I am now paperless in my shop!

I downloaded this app not to long and what I have noticed was that if your were to press the settings tab. There is a tax bar. I really dont why it is there, what is it taxing?

I like this app because its so easy to see my sales and takes me straight to want I need. The only thing I dont like about it is that when I open the app it has the green "new order" alert but there is actually no new order. Please fix this, otherwise a great app

Very convenient for when I meet people who want to pay in person but my issue is that there is no way to apply discount code from website or discount a fixed dollar amount in the app only percentages. Please update this! I have to manually go into the website after the fact in order for the order to process correctly and receipt to be sent.

I would like to be able to do everything from my app but not being able to upload product photos is delaying my progress
